CSM: Administrators group

Meetings are virtual every other month. During each 90-minute meeting, we'll focus on the topics most requested by the group – what are the CSM admin tasks that grind your gears, could be more efficient, are complex but vital? What measures have others put in place that could help you and your organisation?

You'll hear from new and more experienced CSM administrators, Ivanti and partner experts and there’s always the opportunity to ask questions and drive the agenda for future meetings. Recorded for the reference of group members.

CSM: Central 42 Club

The answer to life, the universe, and CSM (Cherwell Service Management). We will meet virtually every other month for 60-90 minutes for your opportunity to network and collaborate with CSM customers, users, administrators, and developers globally! Stretching your regional user group experience across the world.

  • Technical and non-technical breakout sessions.
  • Product updates.
  • Topic/s of the day – possibly a continuation of admin meeting topics?
  • Customers as a “committee” drive the content.
