We meet four times a year to see how other customers are using the platform or how others have solved the same things you’re working on. YouI - Flexible Working Request process
Flexible Working Request process that includes a normal HR Case request on the portal.
On portal save, it then triggers a new business object for their manager to review the request in the portal and fill out additional fields for HR. When the manager completes this, it then assigns to the HR Team & sends an approval to the 2nd level manager via the approval engine. Once 2nd level approval, HR can then complete the request.
