Join us for the Australia-New Zealand EXM meeting, featuring Mathew Konkolics (CQU) demonstrating an efficient email preparation method for transitioning to Self Service v3 links, and Ashton Mossop (QUT) showcasing automated PDF creation for request fulfilment using external web services.

    • Mathew Konkolics (CQU) will discuss the differences in hyperlink syntax in Self Service v3 and demonstrate his method for preparing emails ahead of time using stored expressions. Learn how this enables a smooth transition to SSv3 and simplifies rollback to SSv2 if needed.
  • Automated PDF Creation for Request Fulfilment
    • Ashton Mossop (QUT) will showcase how QUT sends request data to an external web service, generates a PDF, and attaches it back to the ticket for sending to clients, streamlining documentation and client communication.
  • Roundtable Discussion:
    • Share your experiences, questions, and best practices with fellow attendees
