5:15 PM	Cherwell Integration w/Microsoft Azure DevOps - Shaun Gustafson, King County	King County will share its Cherwell integration with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
5:45 PM	Xtraction - John Rodriguez, Ivanti	Learn about the Xtraction tool and how it can gather metrics and reporting. Xtraction is a visualization tool aggregating data from multiple databases into a single dashboard view, enabling you to drill down and focus on the most important content interactively.
6:15 PM	How out of the box are you - Megan Hartz, T4S	Are you a hosted customer? Have you had a turnover in your Cherwell admins? Do you generally want to get a handle on your Cherwell configurations? T4S will demonstrate how the Cherwell API can be used to gather unique information that can provide a comprehensive sense of your current state and set you up for future planning and success.
