Design and build a service request from end to end while exploring approvals, tasks, automation logic, Maps, expressions, switches, and the new Forms experience.

Find & Fix: Incident Edition Workshop

Work through real-world incident management scenarios and collaborate with peers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve common service management challenges.

AEM (Autonomous Endpoint Management)

Explore how AEM and ITSM work together to streamline service delivery, automate onboarding processes, and improve endpoint health through integrated workflows and automation.
