About This Meeting:

Join us for our upcoming Pacific Northwest ITSM User Group meeting on June 18 from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm PT. The meeting officially starts at 10:00 am PT, with coffee and networking from 9:30–10:00 am. This event is hybrid—we’ll be meeting in person at the Seattle Municipal Tower (700 5th Avenue, Seattle, 98104), and a virtual attendance option will also be available if you can’t join us onsite.

This meeting will feature presentations and discussions on the latest Ivanti solutions and best practices, including:

  • Modern Survey: Brian Lee (Savers) will share insights on implementing and maximizing Modern Survey capabilities.
  • Webhooks for Incidents: Learn how to set up webhooks for incident creation—a step beyond the current API-based SR creation in Essence.
  • iPaaS Implementation for Entra: The City of Seattle will present their journey and lessons learned integrating iPaaS with Entra.
  • "Ticket Team" Tab for Ticket Visibility: Daren Chard will demonstrate how to add users for enhanced ticket update visibility—ensuring all linked users are automatically CC’d.
  • Automating Predefined Answers with coPilot: Discover how to leverage API scripts to retrieve predefined answers using coPilot, with future integration into automated workflows (City of Seattle).
