Hello Pennsylvania CSM User Group Members: 

In our next meeting, we've decided to start off virtual.  We will be discussing 2023 Initiatives and Goals for your CSM system this year. Do you have lofty goals and don't know where to start? Perhaps you just have a roadblock on an issue and could use some advice or options on what to do. Ivanti partners and your peers are here to help. 

We'll take a look at an interactive way to use Dashboards.  Yes, Dashboards do not just have to be for displaying data. I'll walk through my Selectable Search dashboard that allows input from end users and then exports the results to a spreadsheet or even sends that spreadsheet via email. All from a Dashboard.
