Share real-world experiences, exchange best practices, and leave with practical ideas you can apply in your own environment at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans.
Sessions will focus on real-world implementation experiences, including integrating third-party AI agents and knowledge sources into ITSM workflows, configuring AI-powered knowledge management, and understanding what it takes to successfully deploy and operationalize AI capabilities.
We'll also explore automation using Bots, including how to automate service requests such as Active Directory and security group management, eliminate manual steps, and reduce fulfillment times.
Additional topics will include Digital Employee Experience (DEX) automation, service mapping strategies, CMDB implementation considerations, integrating service mappings with ITAM, patch management, and AEM, and broader IT operations processes.
Spend the day exchanging ideas with fellow IT professionals while exploring AI in ITSM, workflow automation, DEX, service mapping, CMDB, ITAM, and patch management.
