Prior to joining the Ivanti User Group team, I spent five years as the sole trainer in EMEA with Cherwell Learning Services and then transferred to the Cherwell User Group team. Before that, I was product / ITSM trainer for a number of other organisations, which has set me up well for my role as Customer Experience Advocate. I live in a small town called Calne in North Wiltshire, UK with my wife, Julie and two grown up children. In my other life, I play bass guitar for a local rock band, research and explore US ghost towns, take care of two (very) needy rescue dogs and support Bristol Rovers FC from England's fourth division.
