Ivanti ITSM and Sharepoint integration

Trying to integrate on-prem Ivanti ITSM with Sharepint (SP cloud base) ; the integration fails, getting below error.

Access to fetch at 'https://stg-esm.mcit.gov.qa/HEAT/api/odata/BusinessObject/Employees' from origin 'https://mcitgovqa.sharepoint.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: It does not have HTTP ok status.
