Please join us for the last user group event for 2022. This session is dedicated to feedback and reporting: - Ivanti Service Manager 2022.4 update review - Demonstration of stored values - Analytics metrics dashboard - City of Melbourne taking and reporting on surveys for non/IT areas - Reporting on surveys in and out of the tool - Round table discussion: "Reporting....do you? How and why?"
Please join us for the last user group event for 2022. This session is dedicated to feedback and reporting:
- Vee from UniSQ will do a quick demonstration about the new stored values feature. This isn't reporting related, but is really cool! During the Q3 session Glenn showed us what this feature can do in Cherwell and now that it's been ported we wanted to do another demonstration of how to use this in ISM.
- Product Management from Ivanti will give us an update about the new features in the 2022.4 release.
- Then, we're on to reporting: Starting us off will be Gary showing some of ISM's Analytics Metrics dashboards
- Followed by Richard and Susan from City of Melbourne council who will show us how they taking user feedback and report on it for IT and other areas
- Ashton from QUT will follow on the same thread and show us how they report on surveys in and out of the tool
- We'll then kick off the round table discussion, asking anyone who wishes to participate to share with the group about: "Reporting....do you? How and why?"
The round table is an opportunity for everyone to learn from each other. We're all in the same boat and working towards similar goals so share with the group what you've learned, how you failed and where you succeeded! There is no pressure to participate but please don't be shy ;)
