We have invited Alan Taylor, the Sr Principal Product Manager for ESM sharing the latest roadmap and the announcement of the move to acquire Cherwell. . In the last user group workshop, there was a lot of interest in the Service Manager - MS Teams integration, which was rolled out in the 2020.4 release. Join us in the workshop where we will have a discussion on the integration followed by a step-by-step walk-through to set it up.
