We also have the University of Southern Queensland sharing how they have implemented a resource booking function their platform. Using the self service portal, users can raise a request and search for resources such as laptops, video conferencing devices (even vehicles) and book it if it's available.

We also want to walk through the different dashboard reporting capabilities from the basic dashboards, to Analytic Metrics and Xtraction, our BI solution.
