In this session, we will have a look at the 2021.4 release and what's coming next year. We also have the University of Southern Queensland sharing how they have implemented a resource booking function their platform. Using the self service portal, users can raise a request, search for resources such as laptops, video conferencing devices (and even vehicles) and book it if it's available.
