Since the acquisition of Cherwell by Ivanti, the Cherwell Professional Services team has worked very closely with the Ivanti product team to help bring some of the best features of Cherwell Service Management into the Neurons for ITSM platform. To help our Cherwell customers who are looking to migrate, we developed the Expert-to-Expert demo series to show you how to achieve some of the most common configurations and tasks to unlock new capabilities for your business using Ivanti Neurons for ITSM. This Ask the Expert session will answer questions that come up as a result of watching an Expert-to-Expert demo.

Meet Brian Etty

Brian Etty, a former Cherwell Senior Professional Services Consultant and current Ivanti Principal Professional Services Consultant, is an expert in both Cherwell Service Management and Ivanti Neurons for ITSM. He developed a series of demos based on real-world examples of what customers wanted from their CSM to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM migration. Following the demo sessions, you'll gain a greater understanding of how you can use Neurons for ITSM to elevate your service management experience.
