How does a customer discover the journey from CSM to Neurons for ITSM.

About your speaker:

Lucy Dixon joined Arriva in 2018 where she designed and implemented ITIL processes, along with taking on the ownership of the ITSM Platforms (ITSM Tooling, Live Chat, Remote Support and Knowledge Mgmt.). Prior to Arriva, Lucy had experiences within the Change, Release, Service Level Management and Major Incident Management spaces, at Hewlett Packard. Lucy led the business case all the way through to the project delivery for the transition from Cherwell to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM. Away from all things processes and ITSM system, Lucy can be found in the (sunny) Northeast of England, walking the Northumberland countryside with her Shih Tzu, Rosie – or in Newcastle itself, at Newcastle United games!

After 6 years on Cherwell and a yearlong project, Arriva Ltd transitioned from Cherwell to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM in March 2024. Lucy Dixon (Arriva Ltd) will share the experience, key differences between Cherwell and Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, and what Lucy would do differently if she was starting again today.
