Meetings for those new to the Ivanti ITSM administrator's role to collectively learn the fundamentals of managing their Ivanti ITSM solution and share their own knowledge of daily tasks and problems solved.

At this meeting, get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of ITSM administration? Join us for this user group session that takes you behind the scenes with an experienced Ivanti ITSM administrator! Explore how experienced admins troubleshoot critical issues, craft solutions on the fly, and tackle the unexpected challenges that make this role so rewarding (if sometimes unpredictable).

Group goals

• To deliver meaningful real-world learning opportunities to Innovators who are beginning their journey as product administrators. Delivered by experienced administrators, both customers/users and Ivanti technical teams.
• Foster group collaboration in solving administrative challenges.
• Support Innovators transitioning toolsets.
• Engage experienced administrators as mentors / advisers for those that are new.

• New Administrators: individuals who are new to the ITSM administration role and looking to build a solid foundation.
• Transitioning administrators: those individuals who have transitioned from other Ivanti solutions, e.g. CSM
• Aspiring Administrators: those considering a career in administration and wanting to understand and overcome the inherent challenges.
• Experienced Administrators: those willing to share their experience and knowledge and pick up new skills.
• Organisations: companies looking to upskill their administrative staff quickly and efficiently.
