In this session, we’ll explore Business Objects from the ground up:

What are Business Objects and what do they do?

Business Objects are the backbone of ITSM, acting as a collection of components and rules that define and control processes. Whether it’s managing ticket workflows, creating drop-downs, or automating tasks, Business Objects make it all possible.

Core Components of Business Objects

We’ll also dive into the key elements that define a Business Object’s capabilities, such as, properties, Fields, Relationships and Forms.
