2. **Portal Parade**: Here, we will explore different self-service portals through screen sharing and picture sharing. Each participant can showcase their portal configuration, providing insights and inspirations on various setups and customisation's. Have you had a great success with your self-service portal? Share it with the group!

3. **Solve My Issue**: This segment is dedicated to addressing any issues you may be facing. Share your challenges ahead of time (HERE) or bring them to the meeting, and together, we will brainstorm solutions and ideas to help resolve them. This collaborative problem-solving approach ensures we all benefit from the collective expertise of the group.
