Please join us for the CSM (Cherwell Service Management) Central 42 Club Group meeting. The answer to life, the universe, and CSM. We will meet virtually every other month for 60-90 minutes for your opportunity to network and collaborate with CSM customers, users, administrators, and developers globally! Stretching your regional user group experience across the world. You drive the conversation!

  • Technical and non-technical breakout sessions.
  • Product updates.
  • Topic/s of the day – possibly a continuation of admin meeting topics?
  • Customers as a “committee” drive the content.
  • Collaboration series style events, e.g., “Top 10 XX”
  • Challenges / problem-solving.
  • Open forum conversations.
