At this meeting, Elizabeth from Capitec Bank will show us how they have templated Incident and Service Requests, using a separate Business Object to define values, saving development time when creating new offerings. We will also see some of Elizabeth's Self-Service enhancements, and integrations. As usual at this group's meetings, we will have a short product update session with Alan Taylor.

This Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) user group is led by, for and about customers and fosters collaboration among group members.
Connect with other ISM administrators and process owners around the UK. We meet four times a year to see how other customers are using the platform or how others have solved problems that you are working on. Learn about the latest product updates and brainstorm solutions on current projects. This customer-driven group is an exceptional opportunity for customers to connect with and learn from each other.
